GB 45944-2025 "Perfluorohexanone Extinguishing Agent" is the first mandatory national standard developed for Perfluorohexanone fire extinguishing agent in China. It was jointly released by the China State Administration for Market Regulation and the China National Standardization Administration, officially announced on August 1, 2025, and will be fully implemented from August 1, 2026. The publication and implementation of this standard not only provide a unified technical basis for the production, testing, and application of Perfluorohexanone fire extinguishing agent, but also promote the application of Perfluorohexanone fire extinguishing agent in fire extinguishing systems and portable fire extinguishers etc.

As a representative of new environmentally friendly fire extinguishing agents, FK-5-1-12 (Perfluorohexanone) has zero ozone depletion potential (ODP), extremely low global warming potential (GWP), and fast fire extinguishing characteristics, making it particularly suitable for scenarios such as precision electronic equipment, data centers, and energy storage power stations that require high environmental and insulation properties of fire extinguishing agents
